No Return Policy – Custom Products

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns for refunds once an order has been placed. Each item is created specifically for you, and we are unable to resell customized merchandise.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part (such as incorrect size, color, or design), we are happy to exchange it for the correct replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for your exchange.
  • Exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your corrected item promptly.
⚠️ Please note: Exchanges are only available for issues caused by production errors or damage during shipping. We cannot accept exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect information submitted by the customer, or normal wear and tear.
